1st class were busy in Science this week. They learnt about magnetics while they predicted and experimented with different materials. They used rubbers, pencils, zips, radiators, the smart board and other things. They had great fun!
1st class did an assembly called ‘The Power of Thanks’. They each drew a picture about giving thanks, being kind and grateful.
It is wonderful to see 1st class so happy and settled in school. This week they focused on learning about different materials to make houses like cement, bricks, concrete etc. They had great fun making their own houses using cocktail sticks and gum drops.
